Im a Digital Journalism major with a minor in Criminal Justice at Appalachian State University, and I am interested in reporting on issues that affect our communities. I have developed a strong interest in criminal justice beat reporting.

At App TV, a student run television station at Appalachian State University, I worked as a student reporter for our Spanish language news show and as a producer for a narrative-based show.

Prior to my time at App TV, I interned with PBS Charlotte, where I gained hands-on experience in the journalism industry. Overall, this portfolio highlights my work and growth as a storyteller.
